The Mint Act

[2019]

1. Creation

This Act hereby creates The Royal Mint, tasked with printing and issuing currency in line with Government-mandated rates. This currency shall be signed and issued in the name of the Monarch.

2. Currency

2.1 The new currency of Urania shall be the Uranian Thebe [PUT]. 

2.2 The subcurrency shall be the Cent, of which 100 cents makes a thebe. 

2.3 The symbol of the Thebe shall be an upside down triangle. 

2.4 The Thebe shall be tied permanently at a rate of 1 thebe per every £0.50GBP.

2.5 The Thebe Notes shall be designed by the Royal Mint in collaboration with the Monarch.
